Today I'll show you how to make money by uploading your files.
So we will use the same reward program by same kind of site called hotfile.
The good thing about this site is that it actually gives the rewards in terms of cash and not in points.You can make fairly good amount of money by uploading the files.

So lets start.

Requirements:
1. A computer with internet, if you reading this article then its obvious you have it.. :p

2. A hotfile account :

2.A paypal account

3. Around 2 hours a day, I feel everyone can get at least that much time.
4. Patience , since the earnings will be very less in the beginning.

I would like to remind that you can't just earn $100 very first day.The earnings will be like $0.3 - $0.5 per day for 4-5 days of starting.Later you can earn up to $10 per day.This roughly takes around a month or so to get you good earnings.

A good news is that even the people having slow speeds or the one having low limits on uploads and downloads can use hotfile if you have a rapidshare premium account.

You can also earn 20% from the sales of the premium account that is done from your file.

Now the thing you have to do is upload the file to hotfile and distribute it.
But here again, its not that simple. I mean uploading and distributing is simple but there is thing called "RANK" in hotfile.

Below are few things given to raise your rank

1.Use less storage:
Hotfile keeps track of the upload-download ratio i.e. the number of uploads V.S. number of downloads. You should maintain this ratio to around 1:20 i.e. 1 upload and 20 download or even more. So if you just keep on uploading and no one downloads it your rank gonna drop to copper and you will stuck there.And you know, low rank = low earnings.

This is because storage is really costly and if you will waste it, you'll surely get demoted.

2.Selecting proper material to upload:
Its really important you select proper material to upload otherwise you'll not earn as you have expected.
I would like to take you to the chart again, as you can see the earning are as well depend on the size of the file. So upload something that is reasonably large but not very large.
There are 3 categories according to size if you think carefully.

1.Applications - Small most of the time [less than 50 mb]
2.Movies/Games - Very large [~700mb/~ 5GB or more]
3.Music - Reasonably large [70mb - 300 mb]

So i would recommend you upload music. You can also upload applications but then you have to do more work and upload much more to get good earning.

I would also advice don not upload games and movies since they are very big and people don not like to download such big things from hotfile. I do have tried it and got only 2 downloads in 16 days after posting them on around 18 forums.And trust me the movies are latest and hot. So this will come under "Wasting of storage" and your rank will drop down.For big files people will prefer Rapidshare since now very large number of people have premium accounts. So they will look for RS alternative of the same file.

3.Deleting the useless files
Delete the files that are downloaded very few times.Do the cleaning job once in 3-4 days.This will help you raise your rank.

4.Take breaks in uploading
Sounds funny but take breaks in between uploading.Like upload 3 days and dont upload anything the 4th day (unless something very hot comes up).
This will help you maintain your rank.

5.Don't forget the old files
Take time to advertise your old links also whenever you get chances. Old things can earn you a lot since if your links comes up between 100 new ones, it will be the only one there and people wont have option so they will download from your link. Also since we gonna upload pirated stuffs your files will be frequently deleted.So try updating the same contents if you see its very popular and hot.

6.Don't take much time to post
Try to post everything you've uploaded the same day.So be lazy to keep them pending otherwise it will effect your rank.

Now, read carefully. When you'll register a new account you will be given silver rank.
For the first, do uploading for like 3-4 days and don't touch the account for another 4 days or a week.This will surely take you to Gold rank.

From this point you should only upload the files when your rank is between 70% - 90% of gold.
If it drops below 60%, stop all uploading activities immediately. Wait for your rank to increase again and start the things again.
