The cause of death for Casey Johnson, the Johnson and Johnson heiress, who died on Monday 4th January 2010, has been revealed as diabetic ketoacidosis, according to a statement released by the Los Angeles County coroner in the case; many speculated, including Casey Johnson's fiancé Tila Tequila, that Casey died of a prescription drug overdose.
